AGPR Bill status checking task from the AGPR Bill Tracking System is part of PIFRA (Project to Improve Financial Reporting and Auditing), launched by the government of Pakistan to have all the financial systems within one centralized system.  This system provides transparency, convenience, reliability, time saving, and ease of access.

For a bill, it is submitted by a concerned government department to the “accounts officer” or “accountant general office”.  After submission of the bill, a unique number is assigned to each bill called the “token number”.

Every token number is unique to a specific accounting, which means that a token number can appear in multiple bills, but within the office, it is unique and can be traced.

The system is online, and it is updated every two hours. Thus, you can get your updated bill status and information on its approval, rejection, or being under process.

Note: The importance of the Token Number is so much that without having the token number, you cannot check the bill status online.
