Note:

1) Cross-verify that all the entries are correct. If some information is not accurate due to typing errors or misinformation, this will lead to the rejection of your registration application and can cause delays in the process.

  • Once you click that button, the system will prompt you to confirm your email address.
  • A valid email address (Yahoo/Gmail/Hotmail/etc) must be entered.

    • You may receive a verification email, which you will need to confirm.

  • After registration, you will continue to receive monthly salary slips and financial details.
  • Additionally, if you are the DDO or the senior officer, you will have access to your PIFRA login portal after completion of registration, which may take some time for confirmation and approval.
  • The Approval process can take 2-4 weeks unless all your details are verified. You need to wait patiently.
  • Once approval is done, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with your login credentials, including “user name” and ‘password.’

In case you do not receive the approval confirmation e-mail, despite wait for one month. You should contact the PIFRA technical support helpline. You can send them an email. 

Once you receive the approval email along with your login credentials, you can log in to the PIFRA portal.

  • Open the PIFRA official website in the web browser of your laptop or smartphone.
  • Click to log in by entering your username and password.

There can be two issues related to the login.

  • This usually happens if the user enters the wrong username or password.

If OTP is not being received on your phone, you can’t proceed with the registration process.

  1. Verify if the given phone number is correct.

  3. Check the signal issue, if it can receive calls or sms.
  4. When all set, make another try with a new OTP request.
  5. You can try an alternate number with a different network if you have more than one mobile SIM.
  6. If OTP receiving fails despite all efforts, you need to contact the PIFRA Technical Support Helpline.

  2. On the login page, click on “Forget Password”.

  4. After verification of your provided information, you will receive a Password Reset Link at the email address.
