With advancements in technology and in the upgrade phase of PIFRA digital, an Android and iOS App has been introduced by the government. This app can be downloaded and installed on a smartphone. After the PIFRA App installation and PIFRA registration process as mentioned above, you can access your PIFRA web portal account on your smartphone.

This App is very user-friendly to use and provides you with 24/7 access to the PIFRA portal on the go. This is more easy to use on the mobile phone as compared to the web portal. It provides the same details and functionalities of the PIFRA account as on the web browser.

In this guide, we will explain you complete process of app downloading, installation, registration, and usage in simple easy steps.

Step 1: Download the PIFRA APP

Open “App Store” on your smartphone.
- Android Users: Open “Play Store” by Google on your smart Android phone
- IPhone Users: Open “Apple Store” on your Apple iPhone.
Search for the “PIFRA Registration App”.
Download the PIFRA Registration App

Step 2: PIFRA App Installation

Once the download of the App is complete, it will prompt you to install
Select Install and let the installation process complete
This will take some time and will ask for permission.
Allow all the permissions required by the App.

Step 3: Using the App

After installation is complete, open the app to launch.
On the home screen of the app, you have to provide login credentials to enter the PIFRA portal.
- For PIFRA Registered Persons:
  - If you are already registered, enter your “user name” & “password” to enter the portal.
- For NON-PIFRA Registered Persons:
  - If you are not already registered with PIFRA, you have to complete your PIFRA registration process first, and then you can enter into your personal PIFRA portal after logging into the system.

Step 4: PIFRA Registration through Mobile App

Open the installed App
Click on registration to start the PIFRA registration process through the App

Step 5: Enter Personal Information

Provide correct details of your personal information including name, CNIC, phone number, date of birth, and valid e-mail address.
Cross-check the entered details to avoid any mistakes.

Step 6: Enter Employment Details:

Enter your employment-related details including employment ID, government, and other information, if any.
It is recommended to check the complete PIFRA Registration Requirements before applying.

Step 7: User Name & Password Setting:

Create a username and provide a strong password.
Ensure your password meets the complexity requirements including a mix of capital letters, small letters, numbers, special characters, and length of password.
Keep your password confidential to safeguard your personal information, and make sure to remember it.

Step 8: Submit the Registration Application:

Cross-verify all the entered information and submit it.

Step 9: Registration Approval:

After application submission, you have to await the approval.
PIFRA approval can sometimes take up to 4 weeks, but generally, it is approved earlier.
Once your approval is done, you will receive a PIFRA Approval Confirmation email.

Step 10: Login on PIFRA App:

After receiving the approval confirmation email, you can log in to your app.
Open the App, and provide the username and password.
The app will be opened with your personal dashboard.

Step 11: Use the App – Download Salary Slip through PIFRA Mobile Application:

After login, you can see all the details in the dashboard.
You can track your financial applications and also download or print the pay slip or pension slip.
To download your current month or previous salary slip:
- Proceed to the salary section of your dashboard
- Select the month and year
- Download the Salary Slip
